We openly welcome feedback and complaints, and actively encourage you to contact us with your positive or negative feedback.  Complaints are especially important to us as they may help us to see where our procedures or activities might be improved. We will keep a record of all complaints we receive to help us learn for the future.

If you have any complaints about how we handle your personal data, please contact us so we can, where possible, attempt to resolve the issue. You also have the right to lodge a complaint about any use of your information with the Information Commissioners Office, the UK data protection regulator. Where you have a complaint about the way in which we have used your personal information in our fundraising, you can also complain to the Fundraising Regulator.

If, for any reason, you are not happy with the resolution of your complaint, then please advise of us of why, and what you would like us to do to put things right.

Reedham Children’s Trust is committed to the highest standards in fundraising practice

If your complaint is about our fundraising work or activities and you are not satisfied with our response, you are entitled to take it to the Fundraising Regulator, of which Reedham Children’s Trust is a member. The Fundraising Regulator ask that you do this within two months of receiving a response from us.
